Ingredients:
- 2 slices whole grain bread
 - 1/4 avocado
 - 1/3 cup baby arugula
 - 4 cherry tomatoes, sliced widthwise
 - 1/4 cup Snack Primal Sirracha Flavored Walnuts
 - 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
 - 1/8 teaspoon salt
 - 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
 
Cooking Instructions:
- Toast bread. Mash avocado in a small bowl with a fork. Spread evenly onto each toast slice.
 - Top avocado with arugula leaves, tomato slices and sriracha flavored walnuts.
 - Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving.
