Spicy Avocado Walnut Toast

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices whole grain bread 
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/3 cup baby arugula
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, sliced widthwise
  • 1/4 cup Snack Primal Sirracha Flavored Walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Toast bread. Mash avocado in a small bowl with a fork. Spread evenly onto each toast slice.
  2. Top avocado with arugula leaves, tomato slices and sriracha flavored walnuts.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving.
