Sirloin With Primal Pesto

1⁄2 C Snack Primal Natural Walnuts

1⁄2 C Rocket Leaves

2 Cloves Crushed Garlic

1 Long Red Chili, Seeded And Chopped

1⁄4 C Olive Oil

1⁄4 C Warm Water

4 180g Sirloin Steaks, Trimmed Of Fat

4C Steamed Mixed Vegetables

Directions:

  1. Place the Snack Primal Natural Walnuts, rocket leaves, garlic, chili and pepper in the bowl of a food processor or blender. Process for a few seconds until combined, then slowly pour in the olive oil in a thin stream, followed by the water. Set aside.
  2. Heat a stove-top grill on high. Spray the steaks with a little oil spray and place on the grill. Cook for 3–4minutes on each side for medium-well done or cook to your liking. Serve a dollop of pesto on top of each steak and serve with steamed vegetables
